Estudio de poblaciones de fitonemátodos, nemátodos de vida libre, hongos endofíticos y su relación con propiedades físicas y químicas del suelo en el cultivo del plátano en Rivas - Nicaragua

Abstract

El objetivo de la presente investigación fue comparar poblaciones de fitonematodos, nematodos de vida libre (NVL), hongos endofíticos y las características físicas y químicas del suelo de 16 lotes de plátano en verano e invierno en dos estaciones del año, dos localidades y dos niveles tecnológicos de producción alto y bajo. Las variables respuesta fitonematodos y relaciones de propiedades físicas y químicas del suelo fueron analizadas con un ANAVA y las variables de NVL con los índices de diversidad Shannon y dominancia de Simpson. Se encontraron interacciones y diferencias significativas para: Helicotylenchus, Pratylenchus, Meloidogyne y fitonematodos totales (p=0.05), Las bajas poblaciones de fitonematodos encontradas no alcanzan los umbrales económicos. Adicionalmente, no se registraron interacciones entre, índices de necrosis y la presencia de Radopholus similis por localidad, estación y nivel tecnológico.

The objective of this research was to compare the population of plant parasitic nematodes from the roots, free living nematodes (FLN), endophytic fungi and the chemical and physical soils properties in 16 plantain farms in summer and winter in two locations and two technological levels high and low. The variables of plant parasitic nematodes as well as the relationships of chemical and physical properties were analyzed with an ANOVA and the variables of free living nematodes with the Shannon diversity index and Simpson Dominance index. The results indicated that there were differences for Helicotylenchus, Pratylenchus, Meloidogyne and total of plant parasitic nematodes (p=0.05). The low densities of plant parasitic nematodes cannot reach the economical threshold established for banana. In addition there were not interactions between necrotic index of the root and the Radopholus similis for locations, seasons as well as technological level.
