Abstract
Preliminary results of spraying coffee plants soon after flowering with 10 sucrose solutions, show that there is a reduction of fruit shedding in trees under treatment. Applications were made at four, six and eight weeks after flowering. Observations were made at eigth and ten weeks after flowering
