Movilización del S35 en semillas de cacao
Abstract
Mobilization of radio-sulfur from the apex of the cotyledon to the embryo was greater in normal seeds. In cold treated seeds, transport was greater from the embryo to the cotyledon apex. This phenomena suggested that there was not a significant biophysical change in the membranes of the vascular system, but that there probably was a rupture of the membranes of cells in the cotyledonous tissue which disturbed the continuity between the cotyledon and the embryo.
