Aceptabilidad relativa de algunas leguminosas tropicales y métodos para evaluarla
Abstract
La palatabilidad de cinco legumbres tropicales (el Zapatico de la Reina), Clitoria ternatea; Centro. Centro-sema pubescens; Alfalfita, Indigofera subulata, Kudzú, Pueraria phaseoloides, y Glycine javánica; were evaluated by the Cafetería technique, using touching and grazing time El Zapatico de la Reina (Clitoria ternatea) was more palatable than the others and both methods of evaluation were efficient.
