Influencia de la luz y calor sobre los rendimientos de forraje verde en diferentes variedades de alfalfa
Abstract
Alfalfa varieties differ in their response to light and temperature in different seasons. The differences in a test of six varieties, in Arequipa, Perú, were highly significant (p-0.01) in volume and quality of production. The Israeli variety Liguén was markedly superior to the local varieties, giving a larger number of cuttings with a minimum of accumulated light hours and heat degrees.
