Espacamento em feijao-de-corda (Vigna siensis Endl.) no Ceará
Résumé
An experiment was conducted to study the effect of bill spacing on the yield of cow pea (Vigna sinensis Endl.) at Capistrano, Ceará (Brazil) in 1968.
Five hill spacing (0.25, 0.50, 075, 1.00 and 1.50 m) in sows 100 m apart were replicated four times. The 0.25 m spacing gave a highly significant greater yield than the wider spacings among which there was no significant difference. Yields of grain were inversely related to spacing. A high correlation coefficient was obtained between grain yield and bill spacing.
