Bean mutant induced by ionizing radiation. V. Curly Leaf
Abstract
The mutant bean, Haja Enroscada (Curly Leaf), was isolated from second-generation self-pollinated progeny of plants from germinated seeds irradiated with a gamma radiation dose of 2 kJ. This mutant produces curled primary and secondary leaves and is completely sterile. The mutant is controlled by a simple recessive gene.
