Producao de metabólitos tóxicos por Fusarium oxysporum f. passiflorae causando murcha de plantulas de maracuja (Passiflora edulis Sims.)

Abstract

An isolate of Fusarium oxysporum f. passiflore produced toxin(s) "in vitro" which caused willing of seedlings of the toxin(s) occurred after 16 days of incubation. One-tenth dilution in water did not affect its toxicity. The toxicity(s) was themostable. "in vitvo" production of toxin(s) was also observed.
