Abstract
The adults of P. pleei are very susceptible to M. anisopliae but we have important variations in the results depending of the origin of the spores used so it was necessary to define the best environmental conditions to produce good sporulation and for preserving this strain. The optimal temperature for yielding maximun mycelium growth and number of spores in the same cultura is 25 °C.
