The chemical composition and digestibility of Quinamul (Ipomonea sagittata) and Pangola (Digitaria decumbens) during the wet season in Chocola, a southern zone of Guatemala, are reported. During the season studied, May to October, the protein content of both grasses tended to increase The fiber content decreased in the case of Quinamul and rapidly increased in Pangola Two digestibility trials were sun on Pangola, three on Quinamul and one on a mixture of the two The chemical composition and coefficients of digestibility are sumarized in table VII (Cuadro VII)es_ES
