The value of aerial photography interpretation depends on the design and execution of the relevant specifications, and on the interpreter's experience. These specifications include film, filter, altitude, camera type, and time of year. This paper presents some available alternatives and includes a critical discussion of each. For the combination of factors, it is often desirable to make preliminary investigations. A unit (Quad-Camera) for making these preliminary investigations is described. It consists of four cameras with synchronous exposure. Some of its possible uses are presented.es_ES
