dc.description.abstractIn Turrialba, it was found that the medium pot size, three meters long and two rows wide, with four replications, was the best for field trials and beans. Optimization of plot size was obtained through two mathematical models; the optimum plot shape applying, Barlett's test for homogeneity, and the optimum number of replications through Kemthorne's procedure.es_ES
